Company prices are effective for thirty (30) days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company; however, prices for separately-charged, third-party materials and services are hereby acknowledged to be outside the control of the Company, and are subject to change at any time.

Customer shall be responsible for payment of any and all local, state, and Federal taxes which may be applicable to each order. Credit cards may be authorized or charged immediately upon receipt of an order at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Customer must transmit any and all claims in writing no later than forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. If no claim is made within this window, the product is deemed accepted and all specifications satisfied.

Liability is limited to the sale price paid by the Customer. Customer grants Company a security interest and right to hold a lien on all Customer property in Company possession as security for payment.

The Customer acknowledges they are the legal owner or licensee of all items submitted to the Company. Customer assumes sole responsibility for use of such items and agrees to hold the Company harmless for any intellectual property infringement claims.

The Customer warrants that no copyright notices have been removed and acknowledges that the absence of a copyright emblem does not mean the work is not protected. Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against all damages arising from copyright actions.

By submitting questions, comments, or suggestions, Customer grants Company permission to use such material for marketing purposes without compensation. This does not apply to content appearing solely as part of a specific product procured by the Customer.

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. Company disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Company shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages relating to lost profits or data.

All rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company primarily operates. The parties agree that venue shall lie exclusively within said jurisdiction.

Customer agrees to protect and hold Company harmless against claims, demands, and proceedings on any grounds, regardless of responsibility for negligence, arising in connection with work requested.

Company warrants products will be as described in the purchase order. For print items, Customer acknowledges that screen colors differ from physical colors. Company is not liable for issues resulting from Customer-provided files.

Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge if initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Company is not responsible for the availability or content of external resources or third-party websites linked through this site.

Customer warrants that conveyed items are not libelous, scandalous, or invasive of privacy. Company reserves the right to refuse to print anything it deems obscene or improper.

Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen acts beyond its control (war, fire, strikes, acts of God). Schedules will be extended by the duration of the delay.

Returns must be pre-approved. No returns are accepted for shipping delays, typographical errors in provided files, or color matching preferences.

If Company is at fault for a defect, a replacement will be provided. Refunds or credits will be for the amount of the product purchased.

Shipping dates are estimates. Company is not responsible for carrier errors, damages in transit, or delays due to weather. Street addresses are required (no P.O. Boxes).

Expedited shipping must be selected if a specific deadline is required, as ground shipments are not guaranteed.
